Synchronous Message Transmission by Moving Image QR Code Using Visible Light for Video Transmission

(in English) We have studied real-time underwater video transmission systems from submersibles, and proposed a new method to transmit messages such as video taking instructions to submersibles using a moving image QR code format by best use of visible light for video transport. In the previous proposals, there was a problem such as skipped reading because the timing of sending the QR code and the camera shutter did not synchronize. Therefore, we devised a method to synchronize the QR code with the camera shutter by multiplexing the timing signal with the video signal. We also examined the refreshing rate of QR codes generator required for Chinese characters' transmission.
