Image Characteristics of SWIR and MWIR Type-II Superlattice Photodetector Arrays

(in English) We have developed Type-Ⅱsuperlattice based SWIR and MWIR Infrared Imagers since 2016. In SWIR sensor, we extend response wavelength range to realize new night vision utilizing night glow effectively. In MWIR sensor, HOT operation enables us to realize longer lifetime of cooler than conventional one. We are currently conducting evaluation tests regarding the image characteristics, and some results are reported here.
