Advanced ISDB-T system has been developed in order to provide next-generation terrestrial broadcasting services such as 4K for fixed reception and 2K for mobile reception within single channel. Advanced ISDB-T prepares wide range of transmitting parameters to follow various robustness compared with ISDB-T. In this paper, we selected 9 different transmission parameters that have various robustness and evaluated the fixed reception performance of each parameter by laboratory experiment with using the propagation characteristics captured at actual field. The result is beneficial in case of formulating the link budget (e.g. multipath margin value) for various transmission parameters. |
