[Memorial Lecture] TOREZO, Information Camera Recording System -- Automatic Preparation of Information Camera Footages from all over Japan --

(in English) Fuji Television developed TOREZO, that loop-records information camera from all over Japan and prepares earthquake footages immediately when it happens. Equipped as Hybrid-cloud system, being strongly tolerant of disaster and all local TV stations can access to all information cameras. It also allows local TV stations free from sending earthquake footages between local TV stations anymore. In addition to earthquake bulletin, real-time seismic intensity information is used for calculation to edit earthquake footages automatically, more accurate with quite less time needed.
