Blurring correction using super-resolution on convolutional neural Network for aerial image with dihedral corner reflector array

(in English) Aerial images with dihedral corner reflector array have the advantages that they do not have image aberration and restriction on image focus location, but have the disadvantage that they have image degradation due to diffraction limit. To solve this problem, a method to generate pre-corrected images by using super-resolution convolutional neural network, into which the degradation process based on point spread function is introduced, is proposed. Thereby, the processed image can correct the blur of its aerial image. The improvement of resolution in aerial images is evaluated by projecting the pre-corrected images by the proposed method and the conventional Wiener filtering method in the air.
