Abstract In this study, among the performance improvement by wearing mouthpiece (MP) which has been a hot topic in recent years, we especially compare the power output by wearing a commercially avail MP and custom-made MP. Focusing on the sudden power output of the lower extremities in medicine ball throwing, which is one of power training, the intention is to clarify what kind of change there is in the measurement value. This paper verified the sports performance improvement effect. |
