Circularly Polarized dipole antenna using twisted planar plates

(in English) This paper demonstrates that a dipole antenna with twisted plates radiates circularly polarized waves in a wideband. The proposed antenna has a microstrip feeding structure for fabrication, and the performance is similar to the analytical one with a delta-gap feed. The proposed antenna is fabricated by a 3D printer. As a result, the 3-dB AR bandwidth (4.6 GHz – 10 GHz) is obtained by the proposed antenna.
