Proposal of Ring-Slot Active Array Antenna Integrated With Transistor-Based Oscillators

(in English) In this study, we propose an active array antenna that integrates two ring-slot active antennas. The unit antenna consists of two sub-oscillators and a ring-slot antenna. The ring-slot antenna also act as a resonator of the sub-oscillators. Compared with other oscillator-integrated active antennas, the unit active antenna provides higher radiation power. In this paper, a new active antenna arraying the ring-slot active antenna with higher radiation power is proposed and designed.
