Three-Dimensional Analysis of Field of View Concentration in Multi-View Video Shooting Support and its application

(in English) In acquiring a dynamic 3D situation of a subject scene, a multi-view simultaneous shooting environment using mobile devices such as smartphones is expected. Also, the system supports shooting by analyzing the concentration of the shooting FOV using the position and posture of them simultaneously collected with shooting, and recommending the results to the user. In this research, we propose a method to extend the conventional 2D FOV concentration analysis method as a bird's-eye view to a 3D analysis. Specifically, we propose a method in which each view volume of the camera is arranged three-dimensionally based on the its position and posture, and the importance map set for each view volume is accumulated for each voxel of the scene. Furthermore, we show a method for analyzing and visualizing the situation, and confirm its applicability through several experiments.
