In sign language learning using a head-mounted display (HMD), the hand tracking function provides the user with the possibility of learning from a first-person perspective by showing the user his/her own hand movements and the model's sign.
In this paper, we conducted sign learning and imitation experiments with text, video, and HMD materials. The experimental results showed that the HMD learning materials allow users imitate the signs as well as the text and video materials. |
