Real-time shading by anisotropic reflection based on the microstructure of woven fabrics

(in English) In real-time computer graphics, fabrics often appear uniform. This is partly because the actual weave structure produces different shading depending on the direction of light, but the shadows that occur between the threads are not represented. In this study, we propose a method to simulate the shadows between fibers using a 3D model of the weave structure, and to obtain a reflection function based on the simulation.
