Trial Study of SC-FDE Wireless Transmission System for Television Program Contribution using Microwave Band -- Wireless Transmission Parameters --

(in English) Field Pick-up Unit (FPU) is important equipment for emergency news and live broadcasting. In microwave links, Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM), which has robust against multi-path interference, and Single Carrier (SC), which has high power efficiency, have been standardized. In recent years, the technology has advanced. Therefore, the Single Carrier - Frequency Domain Equalization (SC-FDE) system, which are both power efficient and robust against multi-path interference, is attracting attention. In this paper, we report on the results of computer simulations on transmitting performance of four mobile transmission parameters for the application of the SC-FDE system to microwave-band FPU.
