The purpose of this paper is to clarify critical factors of Indian enterprises financing with impact investment in India. For this purpose, we discussed about the Impact Investors Council (IIC), an industry association in India and Aavishkaar Capital, a private impact investor. As a result, this clarified that impact-oriented enterprises need the economic value and the social value to obtain the funds. Today, there are not many impact-oriented enterprises in India. But organizations including Small and Medium Enterprises with enough capabilities can utilize the financing opportunity. |
