Effect of the position and direction of the virtual camera on the impression of VR images

(in English) n order to investigate the requirements for content that takes advantage of the characteristics of VR images presented on a head-mounted display, the position and direction of the virtual camera in the 3DCG space were changed, and subjective impressions of images captured by the virtual camera were evaluated using the method of paired comparisons. The results showed that the distance between the virtual camera and the foremost object and the tilt of the virtual camera in relation to the direction of gravity affected the impression of the VR images.
