(in English) This paper presents a 1.22μm-pixel 35.6M-pixel RGB hybrid event-based vision sensor. To enhance RGB quality with high-speed event output, both RGB and event pixels are implemented on the same focal plane. The sensor successfully demonstrates high quality RGB output with random noise of 1.57e- and high-speed event output up to 10Kfps using adaptive frame rate control based on the event sparsity. Experimental results show image quality enhancement deblurred through AI processing.
