[Poster Presentation] High-speed, low noise CMOS linear image sensor for low light imaging with fast response CTIA-based pixel and multiple Exposure-in-motion CDS operations

(in English) For low-light and high S/N imaging with linear image sensor, TDI technology is typically used.
However, TDI requires synchronization between the imaging cycle and the speed of photographic subject, it has a constraint on practical use.
We propose the CTIA pixel operated in fast response, in conjunction with the multiple digital CDS with sampling & hold circuit during the exposure period to remove pixel reset noise and reduce the noise floor by averaging.
So, we achieve both high sensitivity and low noise readout by CTIA pixel in conjunction with the multiple digital CDS.
