(in English) We realized industry's first 8K high resolution organic-photoconductive-film CMOS image sensor.It has a completely independent stacked structure of an organic thin film that performs photoelectric conversion and a pixel circuit section that performs charge storage and readout, and has both a global shutter and wide dynamic range characteristics while achieving 8K high resolution.
