[Poster Presentation] Applications of multi-tap ToF image sensors for fluorescence lifetime imaging

(in English) Fluorescence lifetime imaging is a tumor detection method that utilizes the autofluorescence of living cells. This method distinguishes the difference in cellular metabolic state between the tumor cell and the normal cell based on the fluorescence lifetime. We aim to achieve high-sensitivity and high-resolution fluorescence lifetime imaging using wide-field microscopies without laser scanning. In this study, a pulse-modulated ToF image sensor with high resolution and photosensitivity was applied to fluorescence lifetime imaging to visualize the fluorescence lifetime.
