[Poster Presentation] Tomographic imaging based on a two-layer model using multiple spatial frequencies

(in English) Because biological tissues have a complex layered structure, quantitative measurement of tissue parameters requires a multi-layered model. However, as the number of the unknown parameters increases with the number of layers in the model, solving the inverse problem becomes more difficult. In this paper, we aim to approximate the skin and other living tissues by a two-layer model (the thickness of the first layer is considered, and the second layer is considered as a bulk). Spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI) was used to estimate the five unknown parameters for the first and second layers such as absorption and reduced scattering coefficients and the thickness of the first layer.
