Study of SFN using SC-FDE Wireless Transmission System -- Performance Evaluation on Fixed Channel for Microwave TV Program Contribution --

(in English) The SC-FDE (Single Carrier - Frequency Domain Equalization) system is a radio system that combines single carrier modulation with frequency domain equalization at the receiver. This provides resistance to both nonlinear distortion and multipath. By using DF (Decode and Forward Relay), SC-FDE does not cause signal degradation in booster relaying of the same frequency. We have studied a SFN (Single Frequency Network) with a booster that has a CLI (Coupling Loop Interference) canceller in the millimeter wave band. In this paper, we propose a new CLI cancellation algorithm based on the Double RLS algorithm to improve the performance of the CLI canceller. We considered the parameters of the fixed relay when applying the SC-FDE system to the microwave band and clarified the multipath-resistant and CLI cancellation performance through computer simulation.
