[Invited Talk] HDR Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensor with Enhanced NIR Sensitivity

(in English) We have developed single-exposure high dynamic range (SEHDR) CMOS image sensors that utilize a pixel-level multiple conversion gain scheme. In this presentation, operating principle and performance of our digital pixel sensors (DPS's) will be presented. The DPS's operate in the global shutter mode and employ an 'Overlapped Triple Quantization' HDR scheme that combines the multiple pixel gain HDR scheme with a 'time-stamp' quantization. They aslo feature ultra-low power consumption and enhanced near infrared (NIR) sensitivity.
