Omnidirectional Microstrip Antenna in 2.4GHz Band for Ocean Wireless Sensor Network

(in English) The authors have previously proposed an antenna for marine sensor networks at 920MHz. This antenna has a wheel-shaped ground plate and is loaded with a metal tube, making it possible to widen the band and radiate in the elevation direction. In this paper, we design the antenna in the 2.4GHz ISM band by adjusting the number and size of the wheels of the antenna in previous research. Furthermore, we are investigating the influence of FRP buoys on antenna characteristics.
