Preliminary study on extraction of c-Fos regions from mouse brain images by use of multi-channelization, 1x1 convolution and U-net

(in English) This report proposes a method for extracting the expression regions of c-Fos protein from brain slice images of experimental animals, specifically mice. The approach involves converting brain slice images into grayscale images, applying 45 types of image filters, and generating an equal number of feature images. A 1x1 convolution is then used to create a single feature image, which is input into U-net. The results of applying this method to actual mouse brain images are presented.
