Study on Error Performance of Linear MIMO Reception using Null-Space Expansion Technique over Time-Variant Channels

(in English) In mobile communication, the propagation channel changes over time. It is known that fixing composite weights for interference suppression in linear MIMO reception degrades transmission performance. To address this issue, the null-space expansion scheme is applied to improve transmission performance by forming additional nulls using antenna degrees of freedom to suppress inter-user interference. This study evaluates the performance of channel time-varying resilience when applying the null-space expansion scheme without retrieving past channel information on a per-packet basis. Instead, information is obtained within a single packet, and the generated composite weights are applied to the entire packet. The evaluation is conducted through computer simulations.
