Research on easy-to-use UI for smartphone EC applications

In this study, we investigate the factors that make the UI of smartphone e-commerce apps "easy to use" and propose guidelines for stress-free UI design in e-commerce apps. In this research, we will create two types of UI and conduct usability tests. In the post-survey, we selected five evaluation axes and scored the survey results to determine which UI was superior. As a result of the scoring, the average score of UI (B) was higher than that of (A) in the four evaluation axes of likeability, usefulness, operability, and ease of viewing. |
