This research combines sunlight and information technology to propose an information presentation method and create an artwork. For the information presentation method, we propose an information presentation display based on the Luminance of reflected light, taking advantage of the property that the Luminance increases when light overlaps. In this research, a prototype display consisting of 5 pixels with 4 shades of gray was created. For the artwork, we created a sunlight artwork fot the expression of information using colors by spectroscopy of sunlight with using the small robot "toio". By moving and tilting the dichroic film with controlling toio, the viewer can appreciate the color, movement, and color mixing of light rectangles of various colors generated from sunlight. |
