後足部・中足部・前足部の荷重変化による登山歩行動作の分析

登山事故は年々増加しており，事故防止が社会的にも重要な課題となっている．事故の3割以上は転倒，転落や滑落の歩行技術不足が原因であり，登山者向けの歩行指導が求められている．一方で，近年の登山者は組織に属しない未組織登山者が多く，歩行技術の指導を受ける機会が少なくなっている．歩行技術の指導を受ける機会が少なくなっていることから，登山者が主体的な学びで歩行トレーニングを行える環境が求められている．本研究では，足が接地している期間の歩行状態を接地期，立脚期と離地期の３つのフェーズに分割し，各フェーズにおける後足部・中足部・前足部の荷重変化を特徴量として提案する．提案方法の特徴量を用いることで登山の熟練者と初心者の歩行動作の違いを定量化できることを報告する． |

Mountaineering accidents are increasing every year, and accident prevention has become an important social issue. More than 30% of accidents are caused by insufficient walking techniques for falls, tumbles and slips, and walking instruction for climbers is required. On the other hand, many mountain climbers in recent years are unorganized climbers who do not belong to an organization, and they have fewer opportunities to receive instruction in walking techniques. Since there are fewer opportunities to receive instruction in walking techniques, there is a need for an environment in which climbers can conduct gait training through proactive learning. In this study, the gait duration when the foot is on the ground is divided into three phases: the ground phase, the one-leg stance phase and the off-ground phase, and the changes in load in the forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot during each phase are proposed as features. We report that the proposed feature values can be used to quantify the differences in walking behavior between expert and novice climbers. |
