With the advancement of information and communication technology, Internet of Things (IoT) systems are becoming prevalent. Starting from industry and smart factory, IoT systems are now introduced into our daily lives such as smart home appliances and smart speakers. We are conducting research on IoT sensing, which realizes high-level sensing based on IoT sensing devices, usage logs of IoT devices, and networking among IoT devices. In this paper, we explain the concept of IoT sensing, followed by the introduction of IoT sensing researches conducted by the authors. We finally discuss the potential applications of IoT sensing in the field of broadcasting technology. |
