The diversification of employees and labor shortages in offices are progressing, and there is a growing need for adaptive support tailored to individuals to enable them to work stably and efficiently. In this study, we propose an estimation method for the decrease in concentration that uses gaze information. We compared the effectiveness of a 10-second break, timing is determined by the proposed method, with the break given at a fixed time during work. By utilizing the estimated information to determine the timing of breaks, we confirmed a significant improvement in work efficiency in PC tasks while keeping the total break time constant. |
