In this paper, we investigate an integration of noisy label learning and active learning in the presence of label noise. The proposed method aims to construct an image classification model that maintains high generalization performance even when label noise degrades the learning process of deep neural networks. Specifically, our approach applies sample selection based on Noisy Label Learning to filter out mislabeled samples from noisy training dataset. After filtering, Coreset Selection is performed to extract informative samples that are more likely to contribute to improving the model's generalization capability. Furthermore, the extracted samples are re-labeled by querying an oracle according to the active learning strategy, enabling the construction of a highly accurate model with minimal annotation cost under label noise. Finally, experiments on multiple benchmark datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
