This paper presents an interactive public art installation exhibited in a public space in front of Shin-Koiwa Station. Pedestrian flow and attribute data obtained through AI-based image analysis were used as input to generate audio and visual output in real time, with the aim of reconfiguring the atmosphere of the space. In a high-density environment, however, the liveliness tended to remain saturated, resulting in limited variation, and a mismatch emerged between the expectations of active participants and the design intention that treated the entire space as an equalized input. This paper proposes response design guidelines that incorporate not only input density but also temporal factors such as change and duration. |
