In slice-of-life anime works, changes in character relationships serve to advance the story. Designing this function requires thorough setting of how characters interact with each other. Analysis of existing slice-of-life anime revealed that four elements are crucial: “a character's role within the group,” “character development,” “changes in relationships between characters,” and “laying groundwork for these changes.” Therefore, this study aims to support scenario design for slice-of-life anime works by incorporating these four elements. |
