This study focuses on CG simulation of fountains synchronized with music. Controlling fountains to music requires manual parameter adjustment, which is very time-consuming. We propose a method to automatically determine parameters to synchronize amplitudes of music signals with water motion. By generating heights of water with particle systems and using model prediction control (MPC) mechanisms to adjust the source velocity for high-quality SPH fluid simulation, we achieve fountain expressions synchronized with music. |
