An Action Game Play Support Method Using Repetitive Ghost Playback and Action Visualization

This study focuses on ghost systems as a learning support method in action games. Conventional ghost systems often advance ahead of the player and disappear from the screen, which reduces their effectiveness as learning aids. In addition, the actions performed by ghosts are difficult for players to understand, limiting their instructional value. To address these issues, we developed a Section-Controlled Ghost Loop System, which repeatedly replays ghosts within predefined sections to keep them continuously visible on the screen, and a Ghost Action Visualization Function that explicitly visualizes the ghost’s action inputs. |
