A User Study on Manu-Grid Interactions for Deriving Projection Function Parameters from Illustrations

To composite 3D models onto a background illustration as consistent foreground elements, a projection function that matches the drawing method used in the background is required. We conducted an interaction-based user study of Manu-Grid, a method that derives projection-function parameters from a single illustration and can handle background images drawn with flexible perspective styles. This paper reports the results and discussion of the study. |
