On a voice interface for AI piano tutor and its evaluation testing

This study reports the effectiveness of introducing a voice interface into an interactive large-scale language model based AI music education system. Subjective evaluation unveiled that 1) the introduction of voice input was effective for various styles of practice, 2) text feedback worked due to ease of review if prioritizing understanding of the feedback, 3) voice feedback was found to maintain students' focuses because it does not require them to shift their gaze. |
