Neuron pixels perform weighted summation of an image produced by a lens using two-dimensional patterns and a photodiode. A neuron pixel camera can perform image recognition by connecting the outputs of multiple neuron pixels to a neural network. In this study, in order to realize gesture recognition, we investigated learning methods for two-dimensional patterns and neural networks, and attempted to improve recognition accuracy and reduce the number of neuron pixels. |
