We have developed a prototype micro OLED display with the highest pixel density of over 8000 ppi, leveraging crystal indium oxide FETs with high on-state current and low off-leakage current characteristics to form the pixel circuit. With the OLED being patterned by photolithography, vivid display without color mixing is achieved. |
