Stacked Organic Image Sensor with Zinc-oxide TFTs as Signal Readout Circuit

(in English) We have studied a single-chip image sensor with stacked structure consisting of transparent readout circuits and organic photoconductive films sensitive only to blue, green or red color each. Stacked three organic photoconductive films sandwiched by transparent electrodes showed excellent color separation and photosensitivity. In addition, image pickup was demonstrated by stacked organic image sensors with zinc oxide TFTs readout circuit.
