We developed one-segment broadcasting re-transmission system for community antenna television in rural area where the digital terrestrial broadcasting wave cannot be received. This system reconverts the frequency of digital terrestrial broadcasting signals transmitted in the community antenna television facilities from MID band to UHF band so that one-segment broadcasting mobile receivers can receive them radiated from multiple transmitters. This paper describes the results of field trial at the community antenna television facilities in Fukushima. |
