Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, the biometric template protection technologies have been standardized on ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27 and ITU-T SG 17. However, these technologies are discussed on academic society, and mostly are premature for commercial products and standardization. This paper presents the trend of standardization on biometric template protection technologies, and describes our standardizing proposal which is evaluating guideline of the biometric template protection technologies.
