Development of Noise Suppression Use Magnetic Ferrite for Packaging Resin of Semiconductor devices.

(in English) As a noise suppressing method for cellular phones and desk top personal computers and others, sheet type materials with magnetic loss attached on noise source (an IC and the others) are widely used. This paper describes how to suppress the noise by filling newly developed globular magnetic ferrite into IC resin package for more density. Therefore, we optimized component, shape of magnetic ferrite and filling rate etc. and verified that they are very practical.
