Disparity Estimation Using Hierarchical Belief Propagation

(in English) In this paper, we propose a disparity estimation method using hierarchical belief propagation (BP) and Zero-mean Normalized Cross-Correlation (ZNCC). Experimental results show that the proposed method is robust against luminance level difference among stereo camera images. This method is utilizable for generation of 3D models and their display on 3DTV using Integral Photography (IP).
