Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In OFDM transmission, performance is degraded by the existence of time
domain impulse noise because this noise has very wide bandwidth and
it affects all the carriers in the OFDM symbol. Moreover, transmission characteristic is extremely degraded under multi-path channel.
In this paper, the impulse noise reduction techniques that the time sample is replaced and the signal is subtracted by the replica signal of the impulse noise are proposed. When plural impulse noise is existed in an OFDM symbol, the process of the impulse noise reduction by subtracting the replica signal is modified. The performance of the OFDM system is evaluated and effectiveness of the proposed scheme is shown.
