Study of Positive Feedback Push-Push VCO

In this paper, a wide band positive feedback Push-Push VCO using Double-Sided MIC technology was proposed. HEMTs are used for the active devices in the oscillator. The fundamental signal and the odd harmonics are suppressed in prinaple. The second harmonic is the desired output. Frequency tuning has been achieved by the phase shifter in the slot line. As a result of the experiment, tuning frequency nange of 3GHz was successfully confirmed in K-band. |
