Low Phase Noise Positive Feedback Push-Push Oscillator

In this paper, a novel structure of low noise positive feedback Push-Push oscillator is described. This circuit consists of two Push-Push oscillators and two RF multipliers. In the oscillator, microstrip lines are arranged on a dielectric substrate, and a slot line is arranged on the reverse side. The multiplier can fix the phase difference between the oscillation signals of the Push-Push oscillators. Therefore, the phase noise of the oscillators can be improved. |
