A 16M pixel APS-C format CMOS Image sensor with 14bit successive approximation (SA)-ADC and 8-lane Sub_LVDS output has been fabricated and characterized. A 4.78µm dynamic response pixel with ring gate transistors provides 62% QE, responsivity of 49.5Ke-/lux-s and dark current of 17e-/s at 60°C. Readout noise floor and column FPN are 2.2e- and 0.11e-rms, respectively, in its high conversion mode. |
