[Poster Presentation] Development and functional demonstration of polarization-analyzing CMOS image sensor

(in English) Perfomance of polarization-analyzing CMOS image sensor was improved by using multiple polarization-analyzing pixel array sets. The accuracy of polarization analysis was improved to $\sigma$=0.0061deg. Using the present CMOS sensor,real-time chiral analysis of menthol solution was successfully measured.
