(in English) Recently, flexible LCDs using plastic substrates are expected to become next-generation LCDs due to their light weight and durability, etc. However, realization of high performance flexible LCDs are difficult to make because of weakness of plastic substrates against high process temperatures above 200℃. In this research, we report process technology of high performance flexible LCDs.
