Development of Simple feature measurement by using mixed single camera

(in English) We have developed the manufacturing support system which can measure the feature size by using web camera. Several conventional systems, such as stereo camera, light section method, and structure light method were introduced into the actual manufacturing factory. However, these systems need the complicate calibration and strict setting in exchange for an accuracy of measurement. Therefore, we investigated the easy-to-use feature measurement which has priority to simplicity rather than accuracy. In this paper, two simple methods with ultrasonic sensor or estimation of scale factor were proposed, and we evaluated the usability and feasibility of these methods in this research.
